The fantastic Maggie started this internet project years ago. Since then I’ve had a few iterations, but recently I’ve come to realize that mine had become “heavy”.
My life list had many things on it that, while amazing, could not be completed easily or soon. Too many of those items were taking up space that fresher, faster items could be. And I’m nothing if not impatient.
Life happens and things change. I’m realistic about more of my physical capabilities now, so a few things needed adjusting. That’s okay – the basic idea is still there, just in a different form.
This list has sat dormant far too long so I took a few moments to clean up this list – and refresh it. It is still not complete, but that’s still the point right? To leave a little to discover as life goes on.
Want to help me with one of these items? I’d love to know how. Life is more fun as a team.

Fantastic! And a little wicked. Love it. I need to add the race car thing to mine – always wanted to go to racing school.

Love the blowing bubbles off Masada. But I have a serious fear of Russian ballet instructors – last one kicked my ass AND made me cry. lol

This turning 40 thing really has me thinking about these sorts of things.
Tops on the list at present is learning to surf and looking fierce in a bikini. Sadly, I think the former is far more likely than the latter.

Yeah, I’m with ya. And, while not stated SPECIFICALLY, the bikini thing is in full effect. But notsomuch the surfing thing.

We’ll bust out the colored tights at Alt Summit and cross TWO things off your list.

I’m working on putting my list together because I’m going to Camp Mighty in a few months. Things I can assist with? I’m a pro at wearing tights and even fishnets on occasion. (And by occasion I mean a company-wide conference when I was 22. What was I thinking? This would have been a good time to figure out that engineering wasn’t going to pan out, but it took me another 7 years.) And if you saber a bottle of champagne I promise to help you drink it… does that count?

Oh, Camp Mighty! I so wanted to go to that, but had to choose between that and Alt Summit this year … and Alt won.
I am on the hunt for this hue of purple tights: http://pinterest.com/pin/202135847/ Have you seen it? That would be totally helpful!
And, yes! Drinking champagne totally counts. Champagne cannot and should not be drunk alone.
