Fashion Week is known for its drama and theatre. There is no better 14 minutes when it comes to style than a runway show, but the clothes are not always the only story on the runway.

Cue: The Manicurists.

This season, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York threw down the gauntlet for a new nail trend: the moon manicure. Think of it as a reverse French Manicure (which has become terribly dated). Often seen with with darker or brighter tips and a moon shape at the base of the nail that follows the natural arc, this look is a true departure from a traditional manicure.

What do you think? Would you sport a moon manicure? Worth a try on a weekend vacation for a little something different?

Oh No. I do NOT like this. Not at all. Too reminiscent of a french manicure which is not french nor stylish. Explain.
