A Complete Waste of Consciousness

April 20, 2006

That sleep study last night? Was more “study” than “sleep” for everyone. And? It has rendered me useless today. You ever have one of those days where you realize there was no reason for you to feign accomplishment? This is what I’m saying.

Clean out / wash the car? Nope.

Go to grocery store? Negatory.

Straighten up the house? Uh-uh.

Put on makeup? Right.

Cook dinner? Not a chance.

Get financial paperwork done? Pfft.

Be a nice person? Bite me.

Blog entry worth posting? Not even close.

Welcome to my world. I’d give you a t-shirt, but I haven’t done laundry in two weeks.

Yeah, this is going around. My mother need oxygen and periodically she has to wear a pulse/ox monitor overnight (without the air) to see if she still needs it. Problem is she’s so freaked out at not having the oxygen that she’s hyperventalating and so needs the air even more! I’m really pleased with this policy that causes her to freak out and panic. Hope you get the sleep you need tonight!
